Excellent and Dependable Service

Do remove any headache from your airport transportation by hiring this local business. They communicated promptly upon booking with instructions upon arrival. Alan, the driver, was prompt, respectful, and friendly. The van was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We were so pleased with their service that we booked the return trip to the airport with them. They provided local tips and information along the way which we appreciated.

Outstanding Service, Great communication! 

We booked this service to get to the airport from our hotel. The moment we booked, Amy (traveler Coordinator) got in touch via WhatsApp to confirm our booking, assure they would be on time, and then gave us numerous food suggestions to try prior to leaving the city.

The morning of departure, Amy was again in touch 45 minutes prior to arrival time to assure us they would be on time!

5 minutes prior to their expected arrival time, they arrived. They immediately loaded our bags (and would not let me help, though I tried😁) and we were off!

Their van was new, clean, well appointed, and comfortable! Both were friendly (yet professional), and charming! They told us another about their City/Nation of which they were justifiably proud!

We arrived at the airport early and again, they insisted on unloading all rhe heavy bags themselves!

This was an extremely reliable company with which to do business, plus, they made it fun!

When in Singapore, do yourself a favor and use Rui Transport Services! We will use only them on any future trips to Singapore!!!

Friendly passionate driver with a wealth of knowledge

Our driver Alan was very informative on our drive to the hotel. Alan was very welcoming and made us feel
comfortable to be in a new country.

From the start, Amy was great in making our requested amendments to our booking, and Alan was ready and waiting for our arrival.

A fantastic scenic detour through Singapore was an amazing surprise, as Alan helped us get our bearings from the get go and learn a little about Singapore along the way.

The return transfer was just as easy to organise, and was even able to organise a quick little detour to pickup a stray family member trying to make their way back to the airport.

Absolutely wonderful service! After a mishap in the terminal on arrival meaning we were delayed Alan was patient and helpful and his immaculate spacious van was welcomed by us all!
Amy, Alan’s wife was a pleasure to deal with for booking additional point to point transfers during our stay and on our final drop off to return to the airport he had something small for the kids and printed group photos of us all for the adults, such a lovely finishing touch ☺️ would highly recommend!

Fantastic Service, Prompt, Excellent communication

Fantastic experience. Incredible communication from booking time through to and after arrival. Our driver was waiting for us and we were sent an exact location and photo of him. The minivan was clean and air conditioned. Our driver was friendly and gave us lots of advice regarding what to do whilst in Singapore. I was also sent a lengthy WhatsApp message relating to where to eat. We’ve booked them again for our return trip to the airport.

Money well spent

This was one of the best airport transfer experience we’ve ever had. We used Amy and Alan for arrival and departure. We landed after midnight and Alan was there to greet us with a sign and a smile. He gave us history on Singapore and suggestions for things to do while there. Amy kept in communication with me before and during our entire stay to make sure we were good. They even offered transport around the city if we needed them. We even left going back to the airport at 4:30AM. Alan was there on time with a smiling face. I highly suggest using them for your airport transfers. It is money well spent and they do exactly what they say they will do. Thank you for a wonderful beginning and ending to our Singapore trip Alan and Amy. If we ever return we will definitely use your service again.

Even with our flight arriving after midnight, our driver Alan was waiting for us before we even left the baggage area! Van was super clean and spacious and he even accompanied my husband back into the airport to show him where the money exchange counter was since we had forgotten before existing the airport. Highly recommend!

Efficient transfer to Changi

We had a great experience the driver was on time and managed to fit all seven of us in and all our luggage. The van was clean and comfortable. I was easily able to update my pick up location when I had entered the wrong hotel.
The company kept in contact via WhatsApp.

This was such a positive experience. We had kind of been hesitant to book this car service because they had such a small number of reviews but are we glad we booked them. Amy reached out via WhatsApp and her messages were polite and respectful and to the point. The communication was clear, detailed and timely. Alan was our driver and he was on time, friendly and informative. The van was clean and comfortable. So so glad we took the leap and booked them. Now we have our go to transportation for Singapore.

Great transportation, comfortable roomy van was great for our group

As soon as we booked, we got confirmation via whatsapp from Amy. She made sure she had the details she needed to get Alan to the airport on time to pick us up. When we came out of baggage claim, there he was waiting for us. The ride to the hotel was like a tour in itself. Alan is super enthusiastic about Singapore and shared so much info and history along the way. What a great experience. We were contacted by Amy

We were contacted by Amy, the co-ordinator of our transport prior to our disembarkation which is a great relief and assurance that all’s in place for our arrival.

Sure enough when we exit from immigartion we were greeted by the welcoming smiling Amy, who led us to a nice clean mini bus. Our driver Alan helped to load our 8 pieces of luggage and off we went.

The trip to the hotel was rather pleasant as we found Alan and Amy have 5 gorgeous children and the are the husband and wife team.

It didn’t take too long before we arrived at the hotel . Journey was smooth and we engaged in discussion on the favourite Singaporean pasttime , which also of ours, is visiting various eating places.

All in all . I have no hasitation in recommending this transfer service to anyone . In fact, we will making our next booking with Amy for our return home trip to the airport once the time is ascertained.

An A1 experience with Alan and Amy

If I can give 10 stars, I would. We had some delays with immigration but Alan patiently waited for us at the airport. He even helped us in getting our sim cards. Since Alan and his wife Amy were so kind and very accomodating with our request, we hired them with almost every part of our trip. They even hosted our families for short trip to a hawker place and suggested some local delicious foods. I highly recommend Alan and Amy for anyone wanting a good and reliable transport provider.

The best in transport

Alan and Amy were amazing to work with. They were in constant contact from the moment our plane touched
down to when we exited customs. We were so impressed with them that we used them again. Highly

What a gem of a service! Don’t go anywhere else!! 

What a gem of a find! Amazing communication from start to finish which made the transfer of 8 of us including baggage to our hotel stress free. We were given clear information about who would pick us up including a photo! How to use the wi-fi in the airport to update them of our arrival and progress through the airport to finding the driver. Alan our driver gave us loads of information during the transfer and Amy in the background kept us updated on places to visit and food to try which was a lovely touch. The vehicle was comfortable, modern, air-conditioned and accommodated is all easily. We booked a return to the airport and we’re surprised to each she given a photo of us all in a frame and a thank you note.

Wonderful customer service!

Wonderful customer service. Alan was a delight; cheerful, helpful and informative. Lovely, beautifully maintained and comfortable van – and a very good driver. We liked Alan and his lovely customer service partner (his wife) that we specifically asked if he would take us to the airport (at 4.30 a.m.). Needless to say he was early to pick us up. Would highly recommend his (their) service to anyone visiting Singapore!

Again communication and organisation was excellent from Amy and Allan did an excellent job at picking us up and keeping us entertained on the way back to the airport.

Allan had picked us up when we arrived in Singapore and asked for a group photo. If he does this for you, agree to it. Trust me you will love the suprise it you use them for your return pick up back to the airport. We certainly did.

Definitely recommend 

The company was in constant communication with us from the moment we booked. Which was great. Even sending us the details of the pickup from the Airport the day before.

Our driver Alan was great too. Made sure we were comfortable in the van and gave us a small city tour between the airport and our hotel and a few local tips about where to eat.

We were 6 adults and had 7 pieces of luggage between us which all fit comfortably in the van.

Can you believe one of the best parts of our trip to Singapore was meeting Alan and Amy? It truly was! This is not a mere airport transfer! Not only do you get a wonderful ride with confirmations and excellent communication along the way but you get a tour from someone who LOVES Singapore and their work! Alan will give you an excellent tour mixing bits of history, interesting facts, and guiding you to your points of interest with expert knowledge and experience. Their generosity and friendship are unparalleled – our little boys fell in love and still ask about them asking if they will join us for the rest of our trip — we hope to see you again! They helped make what was a challenging trip (I had a broken foot!) into an enjoyable experience – thank you Amy and Alan!

Amy and Alan were fantastic! We selected them out of a list of providers rather randomly. We couldn’t be more
pleased. They went out of their way to show us a good time. Even provided us food and gifted us pictures! I will

Rui is great for getting from/to the airport

I flew in from California to Singapore. I ordered an airport transfer to our hotel for our group of 5 and assortment of luggage. After I ordered, I did contact them that we have a 4 & 6 year old, and wanted to comply with local laws over car seats. They responded and let us know it would not be necessary in Singapore.

They said they would contact me via WhatsApp during transit to confirm everything and let them know if we had any travel mishaps. Well, we did miss our connection in Hong Kong and I let them know we wouldn’t be able to fly in for another 12 hours. They were accommodating and Alan was ready for us when we cleared immigration.

Alan was super nice and helped us with getting some SIM cards from a local shop. He shared with us about Singapore on the way to the hotel.

If you have a large group and lots of luggage, I highly recommend Rui.

First time in Singapore

I don’t normally leave reviews but Amy and Alan truly made my experience in Singapore even better. Alan was always early to pick you up and he always had a smile.

I used their transport service to and from the airport. Both times he was there at the door waiting for you. He speaks and understand English very well and we have a great conversation during our transport. He will recommend places to visit and food to eat, which is a huge plus from a local person.

On our way back to the airport he gave candy to my kids that they enjoy on the plane. I highly recommend their services!!

Great, reliable and friendly service provided by Alan, great communications via WhatsApp from the moment our flight touched down.

We used Alan’s services 3 times while in Singapore, arriving from the USA and for our quick weekend in Cambodia then back again to Singapore. Each time he was on time and greeted us with a big smile.

A Friendly Encounter

We were a group of 8 family members visiting Singapore. Allan picked us up from the airport and told us a lot of interesting facts about the city’s history and culture as he drove us to our hotel. We clicked on Viator and discovered the wonderful Rui Transport Services SG. Amy listened to our request for a pickup at Changi airport for our family of 6 and Alan arrived spot on time with a sign for our youngest member. My friends and I would like to thank Amy and Alan from Rui transport services for the excellent Airport transfer in Singapore over the F1 Grand Prix weekend. Their amazing service and communication made travelling a breeze! After a very long flight with two kids, arriving to Singapore we were greeted by Alan who was ready to help. Getting the kids into the van and all our luggage, nothing was a problem, it was all so simple and at the speed of our kids, we weren’t rushed. The van is very clean and spacious, had the kids seats set up ready to go. During the transfer our little one got restless (very tired) and Alan dropped the TV screen and put on Trolls – A.M.A.Z.I.N.G – such a lifesaver and its a team who’s thought of everything! Excellent service by Alan who provided us with lots of great info about Singapore during our journey. Limo was large and spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. Wife Amy kept in touch all the way to ensure everything ran smooth. On return journey to airport, Alan asked if we had visited the famous fountain overlooking marina bay sands and we hadn’t so he stopped to let us have 15 mins there – great place for photos 👌

Amy and Alan were so easy to deal with and nothing was any trouble. The nice touches Alan provided with our grand children’s names on signs at arrival at Changi Airport were a great surprise for them. The additional tours that they offered sounded great but unfortunately, we had prior engagements. Alan’s passion for Singapore comes through with his knowledge and commentary. Our flight arrived an hour early and he was diligent in contacting us as soon as we arrive to let us know he was there. The ride to the hotel from the airport was pleasant and he gave us some good tips. He helped us have a good start for our family trip (there was a total of 7 of us with one toddler).

These guys were amazing – we used them for our arrival and transfer to hotel and transfer back to the airport for departure. We were travelling with our one year old and family who hadn’t yet been overseas which could have made getting to and from the airport really stressful but it was seamless. We had a late arrival in and an early departure out and Amy and Alan were nothing but accomodating, punctual, helpful and friendly. They had a car seat set up for our little one and were very accomodating of her. Amy sent great reminders and information through WhatsApp which was really reassuring.

One of the best transport services we have ever used during our travels abroad. Both Amy and Alan were both so very nice to all of us during our recent company group holiday (two groups) to Singapore.
