- A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the booking time.
- A S$20/- surcharge applicable for every 10 minutes block after the complimentary waiting time.
- A S$20/- midnight surcharge will be applicable from 2230 hrs to 0700 hrs.
- Additional stops would be chargeable at S$10/- to S$20/- depending on distance.
- $20/- surcharge applicable for transfer to or from Mandai Reserves (Zoo, River Wonder, Night Safari and Bird Paradise
- A surcharge of 10% is applicable to every payment made by credit card.
